Family Law Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: (1) regular communication with clients; (2) drafting legal pleadings from Complaints to Pretrial Memorandums; (3) trial preparation; (4) regular communication with opposing attorney offices and court staff; (5) trial preparation; and (6) calendaring. Should be an expert at Microsoft Word and Outlook. Prior experience with Filevine case management software is a plus. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Required). Must have family law experience to be considered for this position.
