The Executive Chef will be responsible for making, plating and serving for all out guest including the UTSW Executives . This Chef must have a background in high end catering. The best qualified Executive Chef will have strong, hands-on, scratch catering, showing strong leadership ability. n nWe are looking for someone with great communication and training skills. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.
