The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Café that serves Breakfast and Lunch, 1 Micro-Market, and Catering Operations.n nThe GM/Chef Manager will be the number 1 for the operation in addition to be the chef for the location. This position represent a 60/40 split with a 60% of the role GM focused and 40% culinary. The GM/Chef Manager will responsible for financial reporting and the client relationship. Ability to multitask and deliver high end experience every day. Other duties include but not limited to:n nn Managing the budget/finances for the businessn Managing the client relationshipn Menu Planningn Orderingn Inventoryn Managing a team of 5 hourly employeesn Food and Labor costn Cateringn Safety and Sanitationnn nA strong focus on customer service, culinary expertise, and attention to detail are key in our selection process. Computer skills and basic accounting skills are required. Able to make business decisions that allow the unit to meet goals.n nThis position is a bonus eligible position that offers a traditional Business and Industry location that offers a predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire).
