What Will You Be Doing?

• You will be working on fund and SPV formation projects.
• You will be interacting directly with clients and coordinating with other team members. If you are a senior candidate, you will likely have one or two people reporting to you.

What Can You Expect?

• You have investment fund experience, at least some of it in venture capital.
• You have an AmLaw 100 background, with superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• You are admitted to practice in New York or California.
• You may have some experience with the Investment Advisers Act and some knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency.
• You may have a book of business, though note we are primarily interested in your skillset.
